Have you ever felt so down or lifeless inside, like you’re sometimes not even sure you really exist? Life has been tough…so many disappointments, hurts, and harmful situations….that you can’t even tell if there is you in you? No matter if you are a teen or an adult, it is my desire to work with you to confront and deal with those feelings and thoughts. If you have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma or multiple traumas, it is my hope to help you find your SELF in the here and now.

Are you feeling stuck with moods, behaviors or habits that you cannot seem to break? Has your life been interrupted with circumstances beyond your control? Have you had other people speak to you about habits they want you to change, but you just cannot seem to do it on your own? Your true desire is to break free of the struggles and no longer feel afraid you may be losing yourself.
I can help. I seek to provide a safe and secure environment for my clients. I realize my clients are coming to me with pain and ways they have used to mask the pain they experience inside. I help children, teens and adults to learn healthy coping skills. I will join with you where ever you are at in your journey.

Life can be a crazy roller coaster full of great highs and really hard lows. When we feel the lows in life it can come with overwhelming emotions, sadness, hurting relationships, depression, or anxiety. These feelings can also happen in the high times of change like getting married, moving, or new relationships. NO matter the place we are in, counseling can be the safe place to land where you can feel heard, seen, and understood. I know that ALL people are different and that ALL people have the ability for change, with renewed joy, with a want to live meaningful lives!
Everyone’s story is different, so I work with clients to find the treatment plan that is right for them. By collaborating with my clients on what is important to them I strive to provide an engaging place for people to explore their journey, have a haven to heal, and build their skills so they can live their best life.
