Anxiety is an insidious opponent who would like you to believe that your worries are uncontrollable, that you need absolute certainty in order to function, and that the future will be a continuous cycle of problems.

I am passionate about my work as a therapist. I have been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, an evidence-based therapeutic method that has been shown to be especially effective in treating anxiety and anxiety related disorders. Within this framework, I partner with clients to help reduce the noise in your head and create a more balanced, creative life. I believe transformation is not only possible but achievable. I have a strong background working with clients who struggle with OCD and Tourette’s. I also enjoy working with individuals, young adults and also have a special interest in working with female clients to explore distinct strengths they bring to professional and personal relationships.
